Responsibilities- Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
- Observes guests to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
- Observes local health and sanitation codes.
- Makes coffee and tea as required.
- Performs all assigned side work.
- Assists servers in garnishing and decorating dishes preparatory to serving.
- Demonstrate a willingness and ability to deliver quality guest service to external and internal guests.
- Must be age 21.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret written and/or oral instructions.
- Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests.
- Certificate of Food and Service Sanitation/willing to obtain.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
