This full‑time RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor position in Homer, AK ensures residents’ healthcare needs are met and compliance with assisted living regulations.

• Supervising staff and ensuring consistent, high‑quality care delivery
• Managing resident assessments and developing individual care plans
• Medication management and prescription administration
• Providing staff training and fostering professional development
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and facility accreditation standards
• Maintaining resident confidentiality and privacy documentation
• Investigating resident concerns and developing resolution plans
• Participating in staff evaluations and performance reviews
• Coordinating services with external providers and community resources
• Responding to emergencies roomy and leading incident response efforts

• Active Alaska Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) credential
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 4 years of related nursing experience

$38.00‑$43.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
