What You'll Do:- Provide hands-on patient care to promote comfort and recovery
- Assist with daily activities, mobility, and monitoring vital signs
- Document ongoing patient data in medical records
- Support nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Medical Conditions: Congestive heart failure, respiratory conditions, infections, wounds
- Surgical Recovery: Orthopedic, spinal, urological, and general surgeries
- Specialty Care: Dialysis, oncology, hospice
- Have a growth mindset and are always eager to learn
- Value feedback as a tool for continuous improvement
- Are flexible in a fast-changing environment
- Want meaningful work that makes a difference
- Prioritize work-life balance and self-care
- Full-time: 3x12-hour shifts (Days or Nights)
- Part-time: 2x12-hour shifts (Days)
