Log into your Frontline Applicant Tracking (Appli Track) account to monitor reference survey completion. If any reference is listed as “Incomplete,” please follow up.

Once references are completed, the recruiting team will contact you via email with:

New hire Packet (Docu Sign)
Background Check Authorization Form (sent from True Hire)

After receiving your New Hire Packet and completing the background check, the HR Coordinator or HR Technician will contact you for the next orientation date. Orientations occur every Friday and are limited to 10 applicants per orientation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Current State of Alaska registered professional nurse license (RN) or licensed practical nurse licensure (LPN) is required.
Applicants must complete orientation and be approved by Human Resources prior to working.
