ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Matthew Raymond - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You build customer relations and act as a liaison between customers and agency departments. You proactively identify solutions to customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
• Consult customers with financial and insurance options.
• Assist customers with identifying needs and solutions.
• Help customers with day-to-day transactions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience in insurance and financial services preferred.
• Licenses in AK Property, Casualty, Life, Health preferred.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Test materials provided upon approval.

Compensation $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
