Position OverviewThe Hotel Van Driver plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience for our guests. The primary responsibility of this position is to safely transport guests to and from designated locations while providing friendly, attentive, and professional service consistent with JL Hospitality Management standards.

- Safely operate the hotel vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards.
- Transport guests to and from the airport or other approved destinations in a timely and courteous manner.
- Greet guests warmly; respond to questions and assist with luggage handling.
- Share knowledge of hotel services, features, and local area information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safe operating condition of the hotel vehicle (interior and exterior).
- Alert leadership of any maintenance issues, accidents, or concerns immediately.
- Assist in other departments when needed (e.g., Front Desk or Housekeeping).
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and attentive during high-activity periods.
- Flexibility to work in a hospitality environment that operates 24/7.
The hospitality industry operates around the clock. A welcoming, service-focused atmosphere must be maintained at all times. Associates must follow all JL Hospitality Management policies and procedures to ensure safe, efficient hotel operations.
