We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and staff. This role ensures efficient guest check-in/check-out processes, handles guest requests, and resolves issues in line with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of hotel reservation systems, and proficiency in business computer applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervises the Front Desk staff, activities, and operations.
- Coordinates activities to process guest accommodations and requests.
- Provides customer service and problem resolution within Company guidelines and policies.
- Monitors financial transactions and processes report.
- Supervisory experience in a business environment.
- Proficiency in the use of computer business applications.
- Working knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
- Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized point of sales (PMS) systems.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.

- Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
- Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
- Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
