Fairbanks Memorial Hospital is a non‑profit, Joint Commission‑accredited facility with 152 licensed beds. It is the primary referral center for residents of Alaska’s interior and offers a strong patient‑to‑nurse ratio within a culture of shared leadership.

• Perform procedures according to referring providers’ orders and verify accuracy.
• Educate patients/families and demonstrate professional conduct to foster teamwork and quality outcomes.
• Produce high‑quality images, prepare and present them with pertinent information, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform and evaluate equipment quality control measurements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment performance.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Ensure ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities, including confidentiality.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials for uninterrupted services.

• Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and state licensure if applicable.
• BLS certification required.
• Clinical knowledge with at least 2 years of experience; effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Preferred additional related education or experience.
