Memory Care Supervisor RN​/LPN

Overview

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Memory Care unit, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and delivering high-quality resident care.

• Licensed RN in good standing with experience in long-term care or healthcare communities.
• Develops and manages nursing policies, supervises staff, and coordinates resident care plans.
• Participates in resident admissions, treatment monitoring, and ensures documentation accuracy.
• Manages personnel functions, including hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling staff.
• Ensures safety, resident rights, and proper use of equipment, while fostering staff development.
• Supports quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and effective resource management.
• Requires strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to respond to emergencies.

Licensed RN in good standing with experience in long-term care or healthcare communities.
