Overview
Temporary Faculty (Non-Credit) Pool – Institute of Arctic Biology, University of Alaska (UA). Adjunct positions are on a semester-by-semester contract basis.
Location:
University of Alaska system (UAA/UAF/UAS) with Institute of Arctic Biology focus. Posted February 21. Status:
Full-time/Negotiable/Unknown indicators in original posting.
- Conduct research on one or more funded projects under the guidance of the host scientist.
- May act as a PI or CO-PI on funded grants.
- Contribute relevant experience to the host scientist 0s project and use appropriate research tools and equipment to conduct research.
- PhD in a relevant discipline with varied levels of training and experience. Experience commensurate with graduate level or senior scientist status.
- This is a part-time, adjunct non-represented temporary position. Salary is commensurate with education, experience and the type of work assigned.
