As a part of the Member Service student staff at the Student Recreation Center you will help ensure our goal of enhancing the student experience at UAF and providing excellent customer service to all who use our facilities.
Staff will be expected to sanitize various areas and equipment around our facility to create a safe and clean environment for patrons. Other duties may include selling memberships, registering patrons for the programs our department offers, and accepting and preparing facilities for reservation requests by patrons.
Responsibilities- Sanitize and clean areas and equipment to ensure a safe environment for patrons.
- Sell memberships and register patrons for department programs.
- Accept and prepare facilities for patron reservation requests.
- Must be enrolled as a UAF student taking at least 6 credits per semester with a minimum GPA of 2.0, or be a newly enrolled student.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- This is an hourly, part-time student position.
- This recruitment is open to undergraduate students only.
- This is a pooled position, meaning the position remains open over the entire academic year.
