UAF Facilities Services is seeking students for Grounds and Operations jobs within Facilities Services. We are seeking applicants with prior related experience or a strong interest in the trade fields. The ability to thrive in physically demanding environments while adhering to strict safety protocols and driving regulations is a must!
Minimum Qualifications- Be enrolled at UAF with a minimum of six credit hours in the current semester of employment, or have been enrolled the preceding semester for six or more credit hours and demonstrate plans to enroll for six or more credit hours in the next semester for employment between semesters; and have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA, or be a newly enrolled student.
- Any combination of education and experience which clearly demonstrates the skills and abilities necessary to accomplish the essential functions of the job.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving Criteria.
This is a pooled position, and applications are reviewed as needed. Submission of an application does not guarantee review or a job offer. Starting wage is $16.15/hour.
