JOBSUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Executive Assistant, the Administrative Intern will assist with business operations, corporate events, document organization, and administrative projects. A primary focus includes planning and coordinating a large fundraising event.
Open to Doyon Shareholders ONLY.
This Internship will work May-August.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Support corporate donations, event planning and fundraising events
- Assist in planning and organizing events in Fairbanks
- Work independently under general direction on a wide variety of projects
- Support Doyon, Limited Leadership and staff as needed
- Assist with document categorizing and creation of administrative templates
- Perform special projects as assigned

- Valid Driver's license, ready access to a registered vehicle and must be able to provide proof of state-required insurance on a registered vehicle.
- Intern will obtain essential skills in organizing, planning, writing, researching, and networking.
The majority of work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe work is generally sedentary, requiring routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than forty pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
