We’re looking for a shift leader who can ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service. As Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Shift Managers do the following:

• Plan each shift
• Monitor performance during the shift
• Take action to meet McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast‑paced environment.
