Job Type: Part Time/Per Diem (1-3 days per week), Flexible schedule.

Location: Fair Lawn, NJ.

The Registered Nurse position involves assessing physical or emotional health responses in clients implementing ANA Nursing Practice through preventive, supportive, and restorative care, ensuring compliance with ANA Standards of Care and agency policies.

• Assessing and documenting clients' biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs, and effectively communicating health implications to clients and their families.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members and reporting changes in clients’ conditions to the Director of Nursing and physicians.
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments per the Physician’s Plan of Care, adhering to infection control guidelines to ensure safe care delivery.
• Managing time and resources to coordinate clients' multidisciplinary appointments and therapies.
• Maintaining equipment supply, submitting records promptly, and participating in quality improvement activities while respecting client confidentiality and rights.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold a current RN license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of RN experience is required.
• Home care experience supervising home health aides required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and availability for phone consultations and home visits are essential.
• Physical capability for tasks involving heavy lifting, bending, and standing are also required.
