Overview

SIGN ON BONUS!!!! $1,500 for Full time and $500 for Part Time. Speech Therapy Plus is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a therapeutic team. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating children. We are seeking an experienced clinician to work approximately 10 hours per week at a private clinic in Fairlawn, New Jersey. The ideal candidate has experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Position details indicate part-time or full-time availability with a focus on center-based occupational therapy for children with autism, in collaboration with a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor the progress of each child.
• Counsel parents and provide at-home carryover strategies.
• Develop treatment plans by identifying needs, setting long- and short-term goals, and outlining methods to achieve success.

• Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in pediatrics

• Pay: $68.00 - $75.00 per hour
