  • Supporting Asset Operation teams with planned preventative maintenance works and emergent/fault conditions on the EBoP and associated generation plant/apparatus.
  • Reviewing/creating work scopes, instructions and quality plans.
  • Adopting a questioning attitude, challenging current thinking and processes to seek alternative methods of working.
  • Driving continuous improvement, reviewing/set standards and developing cases for consideration towards asset improvement, performance gains and efficiency.
  • Identifying robust innovative solutions and ensuring advances in technology are utilised, upgrading existing assets and future‑proofing others.
  • Managing technical queries raised by team members, contractors and suppliers.
  • Managing the ‘Asset Change Management’ process to ensure modifications, retrofits and repairs are documented accordingly.
  • Reviewing, updating, amending and approving site documentation against existing single‑line diagrams, electrical drawings & test data.
  • Identifying and categorising risks, adding them to the appropriate risk register with the correct RAG status.
  • Setting output requirements/expectations for external technical specialists to conform to when reporting on issues (e.g., ‘Root Cause Analysis’) and ensuring asset integrity is at the forefront of your thinking.
  • Identifying target areas relating to operational asset performance where the site(s) and wider business can improve.
  • Ensuring compliance with the EDF Power Solutions asset management policy, contributing to its development and review as required.
  • Training to become a Senior Authorised Person (SAP) under the EDF Power Solutions E&M Safety Rules.
