The Role As the Customer Value Stream Lead - Savings, you will be responsible for championing the customer voice across all stages of service design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Value Stream Lead - Savings:
Represent the customer across all touchpoints, identifying "moments that matter" and opportunities for improvement Translate customer insights into actionable change using service design thinking Collaborate with change and transformation teams to ensure seamless, intuitive customer journeys Define and monitor key customer metrics and service outcomes for the savings value stream Champion customer experience and service design principles across the organisation Required knowledge and experience for the Customer Value Stream Lead - Savings role:
Deep understanding of customer experience, service design, and end-to-end journey thinking Proven experience in a CX, insight, or service design role, preferably in a savings environment Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable change Understanding of regulatory expectations around customer outcomes (e.g., Consumer Duty) If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have the skills to drive customer-centric change, we want to hear from you.
