Salary: $75, plus commission and bonuses

• Driving new business development across energy efficiency, consulting, and energy brokerage services
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospects and clients
• Developing relationships with commercial real estate professionals and energy decision-makers
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic selling

• 3-7 years of proven success in sales within energy brokerage, energy efficiency solutions, commercial real estate or a closely related discipline
• Exceptional communication and consultative selling capabilities, with the talent to simplify complex energy concepts into clear client value propositions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel as needed within assigned territory
