Champion Restoration & Construction is expanding into Exton, PA, and we are seeking ambitious Sales Representatives who are motivated not only to earn at a high level, but to grow into leadership.

We specialize in roofing, siding, and window replacement, delivering high-quality exterior solutions to homeowners throughout the region.

As we expand into the Exton market, we are building our next generation of sales leaders from within.

This role offers a clear, performance-based path to Sales Manager.

As a Sales Representative, you will:

• Generate your own leads through proactive outreach and networking
• Run qualified company-provided leads
• Conduct residential property inspections
• Identify roofing, siding, and window replacement opportunities
• Educate homeowners on restoration and replacement solutions
• Manage projects from initial inspection through contract signing
• Maintain and manage your sales pipeline
