Machine Operator – Manufacturing – Exton, PA

Century Cabinetry is seeking a Machine Operator (1st shift - Full-time) to join our manufacturing team. This role involves setting up and operating machines used in cabinetry production, creating high-quality panels, doors, and other wood components. This position is ideal for individuals with prior machine setup and operation experience who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced, quality‑focused environment.

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines used in cabinet production
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Make basic adjustments to maintain efficient production and product quality
• Read and interpret measurements and layouts using a tape measure
• Apply basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and fractions
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Adapt to changing priorities and production schedules
• Stand and move throughout the shift
• Work extended hours as required by workload or production schedules

• Prior machine setup and operation experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
