Position Summary

The Direct Marketing Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving this mission by developing, training, and managing high‑performing direct marketing teams. The role focuses on strategy execution, team performance, training, and ensuring consistent lead generation through direct, door‑to‑door marketing efforts. The Manager works closely with field leadership and sales teams to ensure a smooth pipeline from customer engagement to scheduled in‑home presentations.

This position is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment and is seeking long‑term growth into senior management.

Day in the Life as a Direct Marketing Manager

Lead daily team meetings to set goals, strategize routes, and reinforce training. Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor Direct Marketing Agents using proven methodologies. Ride along with team members in the field to provide hands‑on coaching and performance feedback. Oversee door‑to‑door marketing efforts across assigned neighborhoods. Ensure accurate collection and entry of customer contact information. Monitor team performance metrics including lead quality, appointment set rates, and attendance.

Collaborate closely with Sales Management to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled in‑home presentations. Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and brand representation.

Compensation

$75,+ per year, based on performance. Salary plus uncapped commission and bonus structure.

Experience

Prior experience in direct marketing, sales, team leadership, or management preferred. Door‑to‑door marketing experience is a must. Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate teams.

  • Availability for midday, evening, and weekend work
Work Requirements
  • Full‑time position
  • Schedule:

    Monday–Friday, occasional Saturday
  • Must be local to or willing to commute to Exton, West Chester, or King of Prussia, PA
