ResponsibilitiesDistrict Manager is responsible for leading the Wildlife Operations team in the assigned territory, directing sales and administrative functions to achieve district performance objectives. The District Manager maintains overall direction, coordination, evaluation, and profit and loss accountability.
Your Daily Duties- Ensure adherence to all company policies, state and federal laws applicable to the industry.
- Assure subordinates are properly registered and attain required ongoing education hours.
- Train employees in wildlife biology, entomology, administration, policies, fleet, equipment, maintenance, time management, ethical business practices, pride, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
- Control expenses and establish an approval system to monitor.
- Manage field staff and effective route management for growth.
- Develop current management staff and field personnel.
- Complete and submit necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
- Recruit and hire new talent.
- Improve profit continuously and provide outstanding customer service.
- Quickly resolve customer issues and concerns.
- You hold yourself to high standards.
- You enjoy building relationships and creating rapport with team members and customers.
- You have great time management skills.
- You provide a high level of customer service to all existing, future, and past customers.
