LUV Car Wash, established in Sept 2021, has grown to over 70 locations in six states. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the position of Site Maintenance Lead for each of our car wash locations. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our express car wash locations.

The Maintenance Lead will report to the General Manager and work collaboratively with the team to uphold high standards of equipment functionality and customer service.

• Execute weekly and monthly preventive maintenance tasks to proactively address potential equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Keep detailed records of all preventive maintenance activities.
• Identify and diagnose equipment issues promptly.
• Perform necessary repairs and collaborate with external service technicians or electricians for complex repairs.
• Attend Sonny's College Repair and Maintenance courses and implement the acquired knowledge to improve maintenance practices.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Keep track of equipment inventory and promptly report shortages or needs to the General Manager.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
• Safely load vehicles onto the car wash conveyor.
• Clean the tunnel and equipment.

• Physical Demands:
  • Ability to walk for prolonged periods.
  • Work outside in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time during shifts.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to bend/push/pull and carry.
• Must be recommended by the General Manager to apply for this position.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven experience in equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent on-time record.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
