We are seeking a Paralegal to join a leading financial services organization based in the Greater Philadelphia area. This hybrid role supports the corporate legal department and executive team on a variety of legal and administrative matters. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing contracts and supporting in‑house legal operations.
This is a hybrid role working on‑site 2‑3 days a week in Exton, PA.
- Review and analyze contracts and legal documents.
- Respond to legal inquiries and draft internal memos.
- Support legal and executive team operations.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, contracts, and litigation documents.
- Coordinate with attorneys and external stakeholders.
- Organize materials for legal presentations and meetings.
- Maintain legal department calendars and deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across legal documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5+ years in a paralegal or legal admin role, ideally in a corporate legal department.
- Financial services industry experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong legal research, documentation, and administrative skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of corporate law terminology.
No travel will be required, unless at the client’s discretion.

SalaryRange
Solomon Edwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $40–50.
