Automation Solutions Architect; UIpath

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide automation solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in UiPath with broad knowledge of complementary automation technologies and cloud platforms to deliver scalable, efficient automation solutions.

• Design and architect end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and complementary technologies, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and enterprise-grade security
• Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend optimal automation approaches
• Develop detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and architecture documentation
• Guide and mentor automation developers while establishing best practices, coding standards, and development frameworks
• Evaluate and integrate various automation tools and technologies, including OCR solutions, to create comprehensive automation ecosystems
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper environment setup and configuration for automation deployments
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight throughout the development lifecycle
• Drive innovation by staying current with automation trends and introducing new technologies where appropriate
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create roadmaps for implementation

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on RPA and automation
• Advanced expertise in UiPath, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and associated tools
• Strong proficiency in .NET development (C#/) for automation scripting and integration
• Hands‑on experience with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY Fine Reader, Tesseract, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud‑native automation solutions
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns
• Experience with API integration and web services (REST, SOAP)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
