This is a full-time on-site role for a Veeva Vault / CRM Solution Architect at Prana Life Sciences LLC in Exton, PA. The Solution Architect will be responsible for developing and executing Veeva Vault and CRM solution architectures to meet business needs. The role includes consulting on best practices, designing and implementing business processes, and supporting pre‑sales activities. The role also requires collaboration with clients to identify and address system requirements and ensure alignment with industry standards.

• Strong expertise in Solution Architecture and the ability to design tailored solutions
• Proficiency in Consulting and understanding of client‑specific needs
• Knowledge in Business Process optimization and integration across systems
• Experience in Presales activities and proposal development
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including Veeva Vault
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
