Our firm is partnering with an organization seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies in partnership with internal teams.
- Assist with audits and year-end payroll activities.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Support open enrollment and maintain relationships with external vendors.
- Assist with leave administration and benefits tracking.
- 5+ years of payroll administration experience.
- Experience processing payroll for large employee populations.
- Benefits administration experience required.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Relevant payroll or HR certifications are a plus.
