HR Business Partner

Korn Ferry has partnered with a great manufacturing company on their search for an HR Business Partner. This is a true generalist role and excellent opportunity for the right individual. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner and be responsible for a variety of HR activities from talent acquisition to employee engagement to performance management and much more while partnering closely with local management to ensure positive employee relations.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead execution of performance management process
• Provide full life cycle recruiting support
• Provide effective advice and guidance on issues surrounding daily human resources activities
• Serve as SME on employee relations, functioning as a point of contact on day-to-day compensation, benefits, performance management, legal, and compliance issues
• Provide Human Resources expertise to support the achievement of site and business goals, and champion organizational change
• Identify, create, and foster opportunities to create a positive, dynamic culture where employees have an opportunity to contribute and grow professionally
• Additional projects as necessary

• 4-6+ years progressive HR generalist experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong MS Office, HRIS and software skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
