Salary: $72,500–$90,000 (base + performance incentives)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
We are a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice with multiple locations, seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our Exton, PA clinics
. Our model is simple: low patient volume (avg 10
VPD), high-quality one-on-one care, and an environment where your clinical judgment matters.

- Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based, hands‑on manual therapy and progressive exercise programs
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self‑management techniques
- Document progress in accordance with insurance and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
Passion for patient-centered care and continuous learning - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Manual therapy experience preferred, but not required—mentorship provided
