Family Based Clinician

Overview

Linke Resources is recruiting for a Family Based Clinician located in Exton, PA.

The Family Based Clinician provides Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS) with the goal of unifying families and empowering parents. Services are provided to individuals and their families in a in-home and community based setting.

Schedule:

M-F 10a-6p

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (i.e., clinical or counseling psychology, psychology, clinical social work or human services)
• Two years’ experience in behavioral health with children and adolescents.
• Licensed or certification preferred, but not required.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

• Provides clinical services, including individual and family therapy, and supporting documentation.
• Provides crisis assessment and psychological stabilization.
• Monitors service effectiveness and makes modifications to services based on supervisory and / or consultative feedback.
• Develops treatment and behavior management plans in consultation with client, family and other team members.
• Provides supporting documentation for re-authorizations.
• Provides supervision to Family Based Counselor team members.
• Establishes effective working relationship with clients, payers and community.
• Improves and ensures quality services.
