Compensation: $53,000 – $56,000 (commensurate with education and experience)

High Focus Centers and Seeds of Hope in Exton are trusted behavioral healthcare providers serving communities across Eastern Pennsylvania. We deliver compassionate, evidence-based outpatient treatment for adolescents and adults navigating mental health challenges and co-occurring conditions.
We are seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Therapist to join our mission-driven outpatient mental health team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about supporting clients through individual therapy, carrying a dedicated caseload, and maintaining schedule flexibility with evening availability.
Key Responsibilities- Carry and manage an individual caseload of adolescent and adult clients
- Provide individual therapy; group and/or family therapy as clinically indicated
- Complete clinical assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client progress
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Participate in case consultation, supervision, and professional development
- Help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Completion of a clinical internship
- Experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in an outpatient setting
- Experience in higher levels of care or co-occurring treatment settings
