Location: High Focus Centers – Exton, PA

Schedule: Flexible | Evening Hours | In-Person

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and credentials

• Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide family support services.
• Conduct Level of Care Assessments as required.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues, in accordance with program timelines.
• Participate in clinical team meetings to review client progress and coordinate care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and insurance standards.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for children and adolescents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field with the completion of a clinical based internship.
• Clinical experience required; experience with children and adolescents strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
