• Supervise all poolside activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and friendly environment for all users.
• Confidently enforce pool rules and provide approachable, helpful support to customers.
• React swiftly and professionally in emergencies, delivering first aid and CPR as required.
• Undertake regular pool maintenance checks and help uphold high standards of cleanliness and water quality.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to foster a positive and supportive team culture.

• RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) – this is essential for the role.
• Strong swimming ability and confidence in deep water.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for customer service and safety.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
