Become the welcoming face of Ocean, greeting every guest at our bowling alley and restaurants with genuine warmth and a positive outlook. You’ll take and serve food and drink orders, always ensuring our guests’ needs are met with efficiency and friendliness. Teamwork is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll work closely with colleagues to deliver smooth, timely service—even during our busiest moments and special occasions.

Your confidence in sharing our menu, ingredients, and options will help guests make the best choices. You’ll be responsible for keeping tables spotless and inviting, resetting them to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Adherence to health, safety, and hygiene procedures is a must, and you’ll happily lend a hand wherever needed across the team.

• Barista training or experience is essential
• A genuine passion for hospitality and caring for people
• Experience in hospitality or fast‑paced customer service is a bonus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important
• Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a team environment
• Calm under pressure, with an eye for detail and pride in your work
• Adaptable, friendly, and keen to join an ambitious, growing team
• Applicants must be 18 or over due to licensing laws
