Property Lawyer / Conveyancer - Residential Property - 2+ Years PQE - Exmouth

Salary: £40,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)

A leading South West law firm is seeking a Property Lawyer or Conveyancer to join its established Property team in Exmouth. The Role
  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Acting on freehold and leasehold sales purchases
  • Handling remortgages, transfers of equity, and related property transactions
  • Providing clear, client focused advice throughout the transaction
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and third parties
  • Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements>
  • Contributing to the continued success and reputation of the Property team
Candidate Requirements
  • Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Practitioner
  • With a minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property
  • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
  • Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high quality service
  • Team oriented, with a positive and professional approach
