Property Lawyer / Conveyancer - Residential Property - 2+ Years PQE - Exmouth

Salary: £40,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)
A leading South West law firm is seeking a Property Lawyer or Conveyancer to join its established Property team in Exmouth. The Role- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Acting on freehold and leasehold sales purchases
- Handling remortgages, transfers of equity, and related property transactions
- Providing clear, client focused advice throughout the transaction
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and third parties
- Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements>
- Contributing to the continued success and reputation of the Property team
- Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Practitioner
- With a minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
- Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high quality service
