You’ll take the lead in transforming this buzzing part of Ocean into a multi‑use, multi‑revenue leisure hub.

• Lead, inspire, and energise the Entertainment team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Oversee daily operations across Bowling, Soft Play, and the Arcade, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
• Manage rotas and ensure smooth, efficient running of all areas
• Uphold compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence
• Drive revenue growth through new packages, events, and entertainment concepts
• Support marketing initiatives and build partnerships to bring in new business
• Develop the space into a multi‑purpose venue, from kids’ parties to large‑scale team‑building sessions

• Naturally fun, lively, and full of ideas to make experiences memorable
• A confident leader who brings out the best in their team
• Organised, proactive, and keen to continuously improve customer experience
• Passionate about leisure and entertainment — experience in hospitality or a similar environment is a bonus
• Commercially minded, with an eye for spotting new opportunities and revenue streams

• Annual leave starting from 23 days (pro rata), rising to 28 with tenure, plus bank holidays
