Stores Operative – Temp to Perm
Location: Exeter Business Park, near Sowton Industrial Estate
Hours: Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
Pay: £12.71 per hour
gap personnel are recruiting for a Stores Operative for a temp-to-perm placement. Join a team supplying high-quality products to the aerospace, marine, and automotive industries.
Role Overview- Picking, replenishing, and distributing stock or components internally and externally.
- Receiving goods and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Operating a Cherry Picker
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assisting with dispatch or production tasks as needed.
- Valid Cherry Picker license preferred.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Previous factory or warehouse experience desirable but not essential.
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
Stock handling, picking & packing, warehouse operations, Cherry Picker operation, goods in/out, quality control.
