Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for Home Delivery Drivers in Bristol to work with our client, who is one of the leading UK Logistics companies, working on behalf of a well known DIY and home & garden retailer.

Shifts:

Regular, ongoing shifts working Tuesday to Saturday

Home Delivery Driver - The role & responsibilities:

Driving a Van
Working in a 2 Person Crew
Delivering products to Customer Homes
Carrying items in to the required rooms (heavy lifting required)
Ensuring PoD paperwork is completed properly
Vehicle checks and industry standard paperwork completion This is a Customer facing role, so we are looking for people with a friendly, helpful demeanor who are well presented and have a good grasp of the English language.

Working Hours:

Working days are Tuesday to Saturday and you must be able to complete shifts on these days.

About you:

You will have your Van Driver Driving Licence and at least 2 years experience in commercial driving. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.

You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
