Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting 7.5t Home delivery drivers for a well known client of ours, based in Exeter.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a multi-national organization, with the potential for growth and opportunities. The role involves working with a Driver's Mate to deliver large goods to residential properties, including TVs, flat pack furniture, gym equipment, and white goods.

Due to the weight of the products you are delivering you MUST be physically fit. The company offers the customer a "room of choice" delivery; you will be fully trained on how to do this. Upon successful application, all new drivers are subject to a driving assessment and multiple choice highway code/tacho exam, followed the next day by an induction day.

The company operates 7 days a week, with a 5 or 6 day rota and weekend work involved. The current rota is Tuesday to Saturday. Shift timings are 06:00 start, shifts last roughly 9–11 hours.

Pay rate: £16.57 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay). There is an overtime rate of £22.19 per hour. After 13 weeks, you may be offered a contract directly with the company. Full-time staff benefits include an award-winning range of benefits.

• Deliver large goods to residential properties with a Driver's Mate.
• Handle items such as TVs, flat pack furniture, gym equipment, and white goods.
• Ensure safe and accurate delivery with a focus on customer service and room-of-choice delivery requirements.

• Valid UK Driving Licence, CPC and Digitacho.
• Maximum 6 points on your licence. No DD, DR, or NI convictions.
• Must be physically fit to lift heavy goods.
• Own steel-toe cap safety boots and high-visibility vest.
