- Valid form of
- Valid driver's license with current address
- Valid MOT matching your current address - if your vehicle is new refer to accurate vehicle details in previous section;
- Hire and Reward Insurance for the carriage of goods under your name (cargo bikes and cycles exempt)
- Rental agreement (if renting vehicle) matching address
- Clear DBS check certificate produced in the last year
