• Plan delivery routes and carry out safety checks on your vehicle at the start of your day.
• Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, delivering everything from birthday presents to vital business information.
• Deliver with a focus on customer service and building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Be a team player and contribute to a smooth and efficient service.

• Full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address) covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat
  
  B).
• Ideally a clean licence; should not have more than 6 penalty points. You will be required to show your licence at your assessment.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg.
• Naturally friendly, positive, proactive, and a good team player who can build relationships with others.

• Starting salary of £24,268 (£12.23 per hour) increasing to £26,758 (£13.49 per hour) on completion of 6 month probation.
• Additional supplement of £842 per annum pro rata, night shift allowance and excellent benefits (based on a 38 hour full time week).
• Total package of circa £30,000 per annum, including excellent benefits (based on a 38 hour full time week with overtime).

  Part time 9 hours per week with opportunity for overtime. Typical attendance is Saturday 08:00 - 17:00.
