Overview
Van Driver – Home Deliveries
Location:
Exeter Full time hours available. Shift pattern Wednesday to Sunday, starting 6am.
Start date:
Available immediately. Ongoing (temp‑to‑perm).
- Salary: £12.87 per hour
- Overtime: £19.30 per hour after 48 hours weekly
- 06:00am starts
- Wednesday to Sunday shift pattern
- Approximately 12‑18 drops per shift
- Complete multi‑drop home furnishing deliveries within the local area to customers' houses (some heavy lifting involved – 2‑person crew).
- Assist driving crew as Driver's Mate where necessary.
- Maintain vehicle safety checks.
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than six points for speeding only.
- Aged 21 or older for insurance purposes.
- Complete a theory and driving‑based assessment.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
