• Preparing and setting up gym facilities for daily use
• Supporting gym users and promoting safe exercise practices
• Carrying out initial fitness assessments and equipment inductions
• Demonstrating the correct and safe use of gym equipment
• Assisting with the delivery of fitness sessions and activities
• Completing key administrative tasks and maintaining records
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety at all times

• Has a genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellbeing
• Is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
• Feels confident communicating with students, staff, and gym users
• Enjoys working as part of a team while also using their own initiative
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Is committed to developing their skills and building a career in the sport and fitness industry
