Our client, a well-established and respected market leader in their industry, is seeking to hire an Automation Tester on a permanent basis within their team. The right candidate will have experience in designing, developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, with a focus on reducing manual testing, improving and integrating automation tests in to the Pipelines for rapid and reliable releases.
Key responsibilities:- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance
- Collaborate with developers, QA analyst and product teams to define test strategies
- Analyse test results, identify defects and work with teams to resolve issues
- Ensure scalability and maintainability of automated solutions
- Contribute to improving overall testing processes and standards
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proficient in automation tools such as Playwright (preferred), Cypress or equivalent
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or equivalent ticket management tools
- Experience with CI/CD integration on any platform
- API testing experience
- Ideally knowledge of C#, SQL (Server), Linuxs environments
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent
