• Apply Agile methodologies to design, develop and deliver new features.
• Work collaboratively with the Product Owner to translate customer requirements into elegant solutions.
• Analyse requirements, define specifications and manage delivery through to completion.
• Apply design patterns and best practices, taking responsibility for quality and efficiency of deliverables.
• Produce robust code and conduct peer reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Embed SOLID principles, TDD and refactoring as core practices.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Integrate sustainable thinking into development.

• Experience with C# and the .NET framework.
• Knowledge of test automation, TDD, DDD, refactoring and unit testing techniques.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments, including pair programming.
• Understanding of SOLID principles and T‑SQL database design.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React and ORM tools such as Entity Framework.
• Exposure to AI tools for workflow automation and decision‑making is advantageous.
• Knowledge of software architecture, functional programming, and commercial experience.
