Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough Child and Family Assessments and, when necessary, execute section 47 Child Protection enquiries.
  • Work alongside a team of experienced Social Workers, ASYEs, and Family Practitioners, managed and supported by dedicated team managers.
  • Engage with children, young people, and families to achieve positive and safe outcomes.
  • Undertake day-to-day assessments and interventions, supported by specialist practitioners for complex cases, allowing you to focus on immediate needs.
  • Model good practice across the service and mentor peers within a collaborative team environment.
