General Labourer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support construction activities on a utility-scale solar farm project. This role involves assisting crews with site preparation, material handling, fencing installation, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of perimeter and interior fencing

• Distribute and stage materials and tools across the job site

• Load and unload equipment, supplies, and solar components

• Maintain site cleanliness by removing debris and organizing work areas

• Support skilled trades and equipment operators as needed

• Follow all site safety rules and wear required PPE

• Perform general manual labor tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• CSCS Card
• Driving License

• Prior construction or outdoor labor experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

• Commitment to workplace safety
