General Labourer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support construction activities on a utility-scale solar farm project. This role involves assisting crews with site preparation, material handling, fencing installation, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with installation of perimeter and interior fencing

* Distribute and stage materials and tools across the job site

* Load and unload equipment, supplies, and solar components

* Maintain site cleanliness by removing debris and organizing work areas

* Support skilled trades and equipment operators as needed

* Follow all site safety rules and wear required PPE

* Perform general manual labor tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

* CSCS Card

* Driving License

* Prior construction or outdoor labor experience preferred

* Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

* Reliable transportation to and from the job site

* Commitment to workplace safety
