Electrical Installation Supervisor (Automation Projects)
Salary: £45,000 per annum + overtime
Location: UK wide - Offices based in Dudley
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week + paid overtime

Our client, a growing and well-established automation and electrical installation specialist, is seeking an Electrical Installation Supervisor to join their delivery team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing electrical installation works on automation projects across the UK. You will play a central part in planning, site coordination, team leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
The Role- Supervising electrical installation activities on live project sites
- Maintaining and updating the Electrical Installation Handbook
- Planning and organising site activities ahead of project kick-off
- Creating job installation packs and supporting project planning
- Ordering, controlling, and coordinating materials and equipment
- Leading site inductions and project kick-off briefings
